Cancel your subscription by going to your settings page.

You can cancel your account at any time without any additional costs. Your subscription will end on the last day of your billing cycle. However, we do not offer any refunds for partial months.

ICPs, Prospect Lists, and Prospects

ICPs are a process you go through to tell us what you're looking for in a prospect. You start by choosing industries. Then add words and phrases and technologies that a company would use on their website. Tell us which words and technologies a company must have, must not have, and would be nice to have.

We always start by doing a sample ICP before a full ICP.

A sample ICP typically takes less than 15 minutes and we search for your prospects starting with a single zip code. We widen our search from there to find you enough prospects to see if the results are on track.

A full ICP runs for the entire country.

A prospect list is the results of your ICP.

Basically, the ICP is the process you go through in order to create a prospect list. Then you can start contacting the prospects on the list.

We crawl the web in real-time, searching for companies in the industry you entered. The size of the industry determines how long it takes. We return all the results once we have finished scanning everything.

You can always make a prospect to be replaced if they are a bad fit or if you're already working with them.

If the whole prospect list doesn't look right, you will want to change your filtering or create a new ICP.

You may feel that some of your terms, phrases, and technologies are more important than others. A word, phrase, or technology can be ranked on a scale of 1 (low) to 3 (high). This process allows you to reorder your motivated prospects, helping you to further refine your results so they are most relevant to your business.

For now, we only deal with company-level data. Once we have found great sources we feel are reliable, we will begin to offer contacts. Keep an eye on our website to see when this is available.
You can reset your monthly prospect limit at any time during the month. Just click the "Reset Prospect Limit" button on your Active Prospect List page.

Since we implement persistent connectivity rather than relying on a database, you don't have to worry about the prospect information being out of date.

When we search, you can be sure that we're searching the live web to find your prospects. We even go a step further. To ensure we're always showing you the best prospects, we automatically refresh the ICP each month to update the data.

Your subscription includes access to the Onemata platform and a set number of prospects each month. It also includes access to the Onemata community and our library of resources to help your business grow.

No, we do not require you to sign a contract. Your subscription is on a month to month basis.

However, you cannot get a partial refund if you'd like to cancel partway through a month. You subscription will simply end at the end of your billing period and will not be renewed.

You can switch plans to gain access to more accounts and more prospects at any time during your billing period.
