Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (CDPA) Data Request Form

Please use this form if you are a Virginia resident and you would like to make a request related to your rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (“CDPA”). If you are an authorized agent and would like to make a request on behalf of a Virginia resident, please send an email to privacy@onemata.com.

What type of request are you making?

Where can I find my mobile advertising ID (MAID)?

Your MAID is a unique sequence of alphanumeric characters assigned to your mobile device. It is NOT your phone number.

       iOS Devices: 

  • If you have an iOS device, your MAID is referred to by Apple as your IDFA (Identifier for Advertising). You'll need to install an app, such as the "My Device ID" app, and open the app to view your MAID or IDFA. Please note that if you have tracking/location services turned off on your device, your MAID is deactivated and will appear simply as a string of zeros.

 

       Android Devices:

  • If you have an Android device, your MAID is referred to by Google as your GAID (Google Advertising ID) or AAID (Android Advertising ID). You can find you MAID in 2 ways: (1) by installing an app, such as the "Device Identifiers" app, and open the app to view your MAID or GAID/AAID, or (2) by opening the Setting app on your device and clicking "Ads". Your MAID or GAID/AAID will be listed on the bottom of the screen.
